Mission
In conjunction with the CFO, to oversee all accounting functions for the District. Preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and submittal to Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for review. The District has received the GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the previous 4 years, our goal is to continue to receive this award every year as well as Unqualified Opinion Audit reports. The District strives to maintain a balanced budget and see drainage improvement projects to fruition while safeguarding all funds.
